My co-worker at Pizza Hut asked me to draw this. He gave me photo reference to draw from. I kind of wander if the anime like face is out of place but the body and outfit seemed to impress my co-workers.

Looks good, her figure seems perhaps a little too elongated but without the reference i can't tell. Great work though, you are showing improvement.
