I really like the intricate detail in, well, everything. Though I think it shines the most in the hair. The only thing that could possibly use some work is the shape of the nose/lip area and possibly putting more detail into the background (though the emphasis the lack of detail puts on the actual focus of the piece might outweigh what the background takes away from the overall piece. so I guess it's more just preference.)
