I like where you are going with this character, but try to give him a acre shape, so he does not feel flat.

I like the style of pure lines. Looks like manga style. I agree with the comment about the colors. It needs more intensity. But is a good drawing.

The photo makes it hard to tell whether or not the drawing is very high quality or not. Try shining a light on the drawing or investing in a scanner for better quality images. Otherwise, you seem to be good with shading, lineart and anatomy for your style! Maybe for an experiment you could try varying line thickness?
