The shading and details look nice and the colors you used are great. But his head is far too small and doesn't match with his body. Don't be afraid to make heads a little bigger especially when drawing cartoons :)

The details are very nice in this piece, your shading and choice of colors are gorgeous! However the arm is a bit large, I would experiment with proportions a bit. Otherwise, great job!
