Well this can be completed in pale blended and gently finger scrubbed graphite, colour pencils or/and pale coloured felt pens and then it would be multimedia, just a suggestion.

...but i wasnt sure since pen will be too thick, and background need to seem like blured, its perfect to use water color but the paper i uses is for Dry techniques, using wet tools will damage the paper. Im in doubt how to finish it
