Ok, I'll give it a shot (critique).. 1) I think you used a good set of colors for the hair, and the placement was good as well. The only thing I would suggest is to not paint/draw every strand, and instead try to render them in a mixture of big forms and individual strands here and there (like this: http://sakimichan.deviantart.com/art/Powerpuff-girls-522364821). 2) If you wanted to make the character more 3-dimensional overall, I would add appropriate shading on the arms, neck, face and shirt (and a little bit more on the pants, since it already appears to have some roundness to it). 3) When you do either one of the two above, try to add highlights for contrast, and to catch the eye of the viewer. Overall, so far, it's a solid piece in terms of use of flat colors and color placement, and there's enough detail and contrast between colors that the piece looks good as a thumbnail.

it looks good and the character looks really cool but i think the picture could use some more shading and a little more detail to the eyes ^-^
