Well done, though his face size and glasses size don't seem to fit, his ear also seems a bit small.

Great work, subtle shading giving the drawing depth and 'life' without it being overbearing as some people can over work an image. Not sure there's a lot I can tell you - you'd be better at telling me what I'm doing wrong!
