Signy the Dragon

I began working on Signy almost immediately after I finished Tobias and before I had to return to college after winter break was over. Now that it is March, I've finally completed her. She is the first of my faux taxidermied animal head mounts to have glass cabochon eyes as well as craft foam sheets and spackle as textural and sculptural elements. Materials: card stock, masking tape, aluminum foil, paperclay, wood, craft foam sheets, spackle, acrylic paint. Dimensions: 17" L x 26" H x 9" W
