nice work, try to not create lines over every edge if you are trying to get some realism, give it a free hand painting and try to use bigger brushes on leaves, hitting not pressing the brush, use layering, by time your paintings will be really great, hope this is helpful :) (sorry for my english)

I think it's a great concept and very nicely set up, but could use a bit more life. :) Good job!
