Interesting idea and nicely done. The drawing style is not really what I prefer, but in this picture it makes sense.

I would suggest darkening the subject to fit the lighting and draw cartoon silhouettes over the other people to make the piece more cohesive. Otherwise it's a descent mash of photo manipulation and drawing.
