Try to work more on the picture by: looking up references of people holding a gun, check on the atmosphere perspective and try to either add more shadow or color. The good thing is that the girls face is not so bad, but the nose is way to far right, move it to the left a bit.

Nice shapes and use of pencil but I would continue the background to make it have more depth.
