The Surface and Beneath

My last art project of the semester! The prompt was to make a piece that represents two sides of who you are with an insert inside. My basic idea was that I don't think I'm the most approachable person, especially when I make it obvious that I love monsters, creatures, mystery, horror, and basically things that most people don't appreciate as much as I do. It's cluttered and dark and chaotic on the outside, but the insert piece is much more serene and calm. I really prefer the simple things and like to be in peaceful settings. This is why I have a little cartoon me with a horse and books watching the sky (cause calming).
