Looks good - I always seem to have trouble drawing humans, especially the faces. You've kept it neat and simple but I can also see you took some good time to draw the hair (very well I might add). There are some minor inconsistencies such as some slight misalignment of the facial features, but that's actually pretty common and even beneficial in line-art and manga so I wouldn't worry about it if that's the direction you're heading. Also appears you may have captured the picture with a camera, giving it the darkened and lightened edges. Might help if you find more evened-out lighting conditions or use a scanner. Software can also help out a lot with fixing minor issues like that as well. GIMP2 is a great one, granted it can be difficult to get started on. It's free though, and it works, which is why I use it. Great work!
