Nicely drawn. Could use some work with the shading. The paper you're using seems to pill a little. I've noticed some paper doesn't stand up to erasing. Experiment with different brands. The star in the centre of the eyes is kind of cool. I would like to see what the rest of this character looks like. Nice saturn in the right corner. Is that your signature? Keep working on shading. Use different materials to get better results. Also, try adding a bit of shadown under the hair and around the nose to make the face come to life.
