I am intrigued because the pupil of this snake's eye is round, I thought it would be slanted. Is it because it's in the dark? Otherwise pretty scary macro rendering.

Incredible that this was done with pens, very good attention to detail and i rather like the subtle tints of color. Though the picture could look better if the head were at a differant angle it is still a very cool picture.
