Hi DArtYap.I've just received your message on my gundam artwork regarding to the question you asked me. the art application game is called pokemon art academy for nintendo 3ds and it's a digital art game.I draw by using the pen tool,2nd I use marker to color the character3rd I use the smudge tool to smooth the colors .
