I watched Hobbit: Unexpected Journey few days ago, and something resembled of it now. The place is like Rivendell with it's town near the falls in the Middle-earth. And your drawing had the same exiting effect on me. What about the technique, I see thick brush strokes that can't convey all the greatness of your town. There appears a desire to look through the picture, but the details are blurred. However it's a good drawing in general, I think I'll see something like this in my dreams.

I really like this. It reminds me a bit of the Ark from the SOMA game. The detail is excellent, as I can pick out the trees even near the bottom where everything jumbles together. It looks so peaceful, a place where maybe a farming community or a new civilization could be founded. You did an awesome job with this.
