Could sketch. It would be nice with a background and mounted. For the purpose of practicing your shades and technical skills, it's a good subject. Wrinkles are difficult to properly acheive. You've done a decent job, however, I think there could be a little more detail. Perhaps if you sharpened your existing wrinkles and hair strands, it would make the sketch pop a bit more. Good work.
