The lines are good but I guess it get´s a bit ruined by the different colors... The picture feels unsteady and isn´t pleasant to look at. If that´s what you headed for, good job, but otherwise I advise you that sometimes less is more... You need a good contrast to give your picture a focal point. So you could turn the saturation of the background down - since the drake is really bright, I´d choose a dark grey as background... or you let the rainbowy background and make the dragon low contrast
