I like the flow of the strands of fur. They really give the piece a lot of energy, along with the dog's glinting eyes and smiles. The background also helps highlight motion.

Nice work! I really like the eyes and the fur of the dogs. But I have problems with the background which looks very flat for me, probably because it's mainly one color. I think you could experiment a little bit on this.
