It looks great. You've used shading, and lighting to your advantage well here, though the sea foam is pretty sketchy, and while I love the bright, and interesting style of coloring you've used for the water, I simultaneously think you could have created a much more realistic, and effective water look by using an opaque layer/tool for see through water, and bright, thin line to rim it, and add highlights. Lapis looks great by the way, no critique there. ;D

Really nice, I like to colours you choose! The face could use a little more work, but still with the simple look as the rest of the drawing:)
