The horns are interesting, however shading would really improve this drawing. The colors are a bit too bright to be pleasing to the eye, and the hands should be bigger and the palms should be visible. The eyes do not look focused either, I would do some sketch practices with eyes both looking at something. In this case the eyes in your picture look awkward because of this.
