Seras Victoria (is so much fun to sketch) from Hellsing Reference: Order thirteen: Hellfire. An exercise on pencil shading. I don't know about you, but when I draw I get smudges on the bottom/side of my hand, and sometimes it gets on the paper, and is super annoying. Anyway, that happened and my eraser is way worn down, and long story short, that's why she's wearing a dress/blouse instead of a uniform.
