The hair and face are great. The location of the gold makes me wander if it could be balanced around the picture or something. It still looks great overall.

It's an interesting idea combining gold leaf with charcoal, one of the things that I notice is that there seems to be a lot less of the dark background shading around the nose and lips area compared to the rest of the head, and it probably should be more consistent around the head, I am also not sure what is added by the Goldf leaf effect, as it just seems to be random

Well, this is lovely. Charcoal is so wonderful for smoky grays, isn't it? X3 The tip of the nose seems somewhat pointy, while the upper lip seems rounder than I would expect. There's a black mark around the inside corner of the eye that extends down the nose a little, not sure what that's about... unless her makeup is running, I guess. My first reaction was "gee, thats a really prominent tear duct." X3 Regardless: a lovely image, and I love all the definition in the grays. Very subtle variation around the face, and bolder shades to define major shapes. My first thought when I saw the gold leaf was, "Those are either going to be letters, or fingers." X3
