I like the concept. Half monster, half girl. Your shading needs work. There are areas where I can see the individual strokes of your pencil. Try using a smudging pencil or a tissue to smudge your shading. This will make those unwanted waves dissapear. Work on facial proportions as well. The right side of your character has a smaller eye than the left side. The girl's chin doesn't align with the monster's. Keep practicing your abilities.

mmm......this drawing tells me this gal she had 2 different life, and the sword hanging on the left why dont u try another pose for her to hold the sword it may look more complete for a drawing .keep drawing and observe others artistwork:)
