Great job, I love the hair and the look in the eyes. But the outfit doesn't seem to fit in...it looks nice but the hair just looks weird over it. The back ground looks very nice to, is it a map?

looks good! If I were to pick out something to improve, the strands of hair over the shirt don't feel they're part of the same picture, but I thank thats just due to shading so I'd add extra shading to the stands over to the left as the shirt is darker there, then this will be great as it has more depth!
