Your rendering here is pretty well done! Especially the details and reflected light in her pearl necklace. Although there are some anatomical features that seem to be a bit distorted (the neck appears to be a bit wide in relation to the jaw and the face, and the eyes appear to be a bit large), you are still able to distinguish (with nuances from the facial features) that this is Monroe. Overall I think this is a successful piece but perhaps you should practice sketching from life as opposed to photographs as they can flatten a lot of the nuances and features that make a portrait lively. That's something that we all should work on as artists, and that's a skill that even I'm trying to develop. I think you're off to a strong start! :)
