Is it Michael Jackson when he first began changing his appearance ? Does not matter, it is a well done portrait. I like like the expression you have captured. Looks alive. Keep up the good work !

Very nice! Despite the analogies seeming correct, I think that his face should be a little 'shorter' whereas his eyes larger in order to resemble Michael Jackson more. In my view, you could also try to smudge the pencil lines, so it would look more 'smooth' and therefore more realistic.
