Aw no worries! My pleasure! Yeah i understand your troubles with oil, i used to just stick to acrylic too. Its nice to know the intention behind the work too! Keep on making artwork, you can only improve :)

Hey! thanks for the thoughtful comment I really appreciate when anyone takes the time to analyse my work. I do like oil paints- the only problem I find is that they are difficult to layer and I don't really have the space to let them dry which is why I tend to stick to acrylic. The colours have such a contrast to them because the canvas is for my little brothers room- I wanted it to stand out. Thank you so much again for the comment and you have definitely inspired me to try something more realistic :)

You should try the material of Oil paints, they allow much more depth to be added to your artwork as well as a greater chance for you to develop your own technique. Work on composition of the dragon and the flames (as the position of the flames out of the mouth seem odd), framing of the piece, and not so stark contrast use of colour and you would be on your way to an amazing artwork :)

nice coloring
