Great ,,,,,,,, I think you can improve more the lips with shade more , and also the shading on the neck {chin down }....... try with the same colour of the skin with diferent opacity........ greetings

Nice style. I like the graphics in the background and the slight colour difference of the lips, nose, and above the eyes.
