It's very cute , but I think you could add some darker shadowing to give the image more depth. You also may want to stray from the darker outlines.

This is cute. Some parts are definitely better than others. Those flower petals look like soft cotton sheets, and I really like the way you positioned, and colored the mushrooms. The grass looks okay, and so does the stem of the flower, but I think you were coloring it in with a little bit too much pressure which made it look less smooth, and the leaves could have been a bit more realistic. Besides what seems to be her ear poking out from behind her head -clearly a bit longer than the other one- the anatomy is spot on. Her bodily proportions are impressively realistic, and the facial expression is well done.
