Love it and love your style of shading. However, beware mistakes concerning the perspective since the face is a bit off. His face is looking directly at you, but his hair and ear are looking to the right (his right). This happens when you draw bit by bit, sometimes those bits don't fit together anymore (happened a lot to me as well). Besides that I can't give any pointers, very good work indeed.
