Odechan: question 1-- I don't know how to rotate the camera on the mobile version. Question 2-- I know it looks weird lol but whenever I draw necks they're either to fat, to skinny, to long or to short. So I figure why not do a style without and see how it turns out xD

First of all, why didn't you rotate the image before posting? Having no neck makes it a bit weird because her head is floating. The style is cute and simple (:
