Very nice concept, but don't be afraid to use guides as you draw out your anatomy.

Love the shading, as well as the stature. And nice detail on the face. All I have to say for advice is to look up reference poses and faces, and to keep practicing. Maybe even buy one of those manga drawing tutorials. I have a few and they help a bunch.
