I really like their expression, but i think it would be worth while to put as much value in the cloths and hat as you did in the eyes and face. :)

Great eyes. I like how you have shaded the upper half to give depth and the way you have varied the tone of the pupil and given it texture. The highlights on the cheeks and nose are also a nice touch.

I like the character/ expression shown here. It's clear you've put thought into the construction of the goggles as well. I'd just watch the length of the neck -- seems a bit long.
