I like how you have used your light and shadows to define the figure. The shadows from the eye pieces and the highlights on the lenses are great. The technical portion of the filters straps and hoses are done with an eye to shape and shadow instead of detail which makes them feel very "natural" in the piece. I also like your field of focus effect in the background and the interesting light source in the right upper corner which feels very "sciencey"
