N.C.R capital building

Сфера or Sphera is the capital building of my imaginary country, Newfrost Crowns and Republics. As you can see, its massive, round and carved into the side of a mountain. I made it that way because its quite unique. Russia has the Kremlin, USA has the White House, and the N.C.R has Sphera. It lights up in the evening with Purple and Blue colors. Its also located on a massive channel or a fjord, so across the building, over the gigantic stone bridge there is a city called Lunopolis, or just Luna which, itself is carved into mountains, hills, etc...so it has an amazing view and it could be a perfect tourist attraction. The bridge is a massive highway, as well as the longest walkway in the country, because its 3 miles long. With that length, you can just imagine how big Sphera is. At the end of the bridge, there is a gate, similar to the one located in Berlin. An to the sides of the cliffs, spans a long purple wall. Sphera is where the many leaders of the federation gather to make decisions, its where the secret police has its HQ and it also serves as a shelter for all citizens from the surrounding towns in case of war, disaster, or Nuclear Attack. This Building was later, along with the bridge, hills, mountains and the city across, been reconstructed on the Moon because of the countries relocation project it has been working on since the early 1900s P.S dont mind the tanks, they are quite normal.
