I love this piece. Just the feel of the head turning and screaming. Beautifully done.

Very surrealistic and expressive. Like the commenter below, I like the motion implied of the head turning with the multiple images. I also like the contrast between the unfocused areas and the areas of greater detail and texture at the jaw line and side of the face. I also like the "photo flare/overexposure" effect which adds to the drama and focuses the centre of interest.
