Really nice colors - like Strider already told you - take focus on the lights and shadows to create depth. A great example for that are your painted legs...

It's good, I like the colors. The only thing I would say technically is to push the highlights, this will give the piece more depth and spacial quality. Just a personal thing now, To me this pose is sort of stiff, try slight exaggeration to make a pose really pop out and look interesting. Good work.
