The head looks small? Maybe its just the camera angle but good manga work eventhough I typically am not much into manga :)

Oooh, was this done with Copic markers? I've been wanting to learn how to color in skin-tones like this for ages, and clearly you've had practice at this! Not only sexy, but very well drawn and colored ;)
