personally i'm not an anime fan or at least not much of one now. With that said i would say it looks really unfinished. some of colors look really odd in some places. I cant be sure if it's supposed to be part of the background or the color of her clothes. It needs some contrast and bolder lines in certain areas. Her stomach and chest look a bit odd. Really just needs a good clean up of the colors and some shading.

A good drawing but I'm unsure of the colouring technique. The colours go outside the lines to form angular shapes and I'm not sure if this is intentional. Otherwise, good character, keep it up
