Well he's definitively recognisable, but agree with Supernova - his eyes are a bit odd. I also suggest, that you maybe rework the darkest parts of his face and clothes with a soft graphite pencils, such as 2B or softer to make them look darker and increase the contrast by doing so. It will give a more dramatic and realistic effect.
