i think its very nice its showing two sides of a person is quiet cool showing two side of personality

needs to work on anatomy to compose a better and more symmetrical cartoon.

The symmetry and contrast between the two sides is interesting. I'm guessing that it refers to the movie, "Fight Club", which I haven't seen, but I think that the piece is highlighting the differences and similarities between two of the characters by showing them as two sides of the same face with the different colours expressing the difference .
