Description:

This photo was originally taken at a dance venue called Tempt Nightclub in town. A friend who works there took a photo of me holding a neon hoolie hoop. I took the photo and did some simple filter and edit effects to create this. There are two versions (obviously), but I decided on this one because it was more preferred by those I shared it with.
