This is lovely. The nose could use more definition, some extra shading above the nostril to show its round shape would have made this more realistic, and the teeth should have a more gradual fading into the darkness of the mouth, instead it looks like she's missing a lot of back, and canine teeth. The eyes, are just a bit to large, and the cornea on the left looks flat, without any highlighting.
