This is really amazing. I'm really impressed you made this with an ordinary ballpoint pen. The effect of light passing through water is somewhat difficult to do correctly, and you did it perfectly. The shading around the foremost fin is a little strong, but doesn't really take away from the rest of the image. The gills seem a little messy, and the scars look flat, and cartoony. They could probably have been more variation in they're size, and shade.
