Technically, this is very good, especially the tree on the right and the clouds, which I'm assuming you worked hard to capture. The tree on the left is mildly cartoon-ish, but it fills out the message of the piece well. Your flowers an butterflys are flat, almost clip art. your person is excellent, especially the way the figure is standing. My question is how do you carry on? If this is about life and how to carry on, it would imply that the figure is moving or journeying. But, to me, he looks to be standing, looking wistfully toward what he wants without carrying on to achieve it.

such interesting content, and there is so much going on its a wonderful use of negative and positive space. it has a mysterious , creepy , and beautiful feel to it and i love the tree branches. You did a wonderful job on this piece!! :P
