Love the detail in the eyes. Its so pretty. The only think that distracts me somewhat is the hair at the top left because i feel it makes it not look as professional or realistic.

This is very well done, my only critique is that the two colours in the iris could have been blended a bit more to lessen the contrast, very well done though :)
