I have to be honest, (absolutely no offense) The mouth is a tiny bit off, the proportions are great, the shading could use a bit more blending, but other than that I see nothing wrong! The nose is beautiful, and you did a great job on the hair! Please don't be offended! That was NOT my intention!! ^^

At the same time of being kinda lopsided, and misshapen, he's also well constructed, balanced, and beautiful. Its (no offense intended!) clearly novice, but I see so many bits and pieces that contain more experienced technique, and show promise of a much higher skill level. Good job!

Nice hair. The shading is almost cell shading with all of it's harsh lines. I suggest looking at the reference photo (I'm assuming there is one since this looks like a specific person) and finding areas that the shading blends. Gradients in the right places will help this look more realistic. Also, where the brightest highlights are you could leave white (they would probably be small areas that blend out into the gradients around them). The way that the nose goes down with crooked lines to the mouth makes the mouth look odd. Overall this is a good work. Keep working and it'll be amazing! : )
