The microphone a little cartoon-ish in comparison to the realism of the rest of the painting. The left eye is slightly off, but that may be true to the subject. The anatomy and shading look awesome. Really there's not much too critique as it looks really good. The only two things I see could even be attributed to your own personal style. It almost looks like markers the way you managed it. Overall it looks very well done.
